Our MissionA community of friendly people and a "family" life style. The Colonial Estates Home Owners Association (CEHOA) seeks to provide a relationship with park management, create social and recreational activities for the benefit and pleasure of Association members, assist in maintenance and aesthetic appearance of our park, and publish a Newsletter and other communications to inform members of activities and other relevant news and events.
